Estimates are free and based on what can be seen and measured at the consultation. Ground hides things, utilities, rock, old footings, soft soil. When digging reveals something that changes the work, we stop, show you, and agree on the change in writing before continuing. Price changes never arrive as a surprise at the end.
Masonry and concrete are weather dependent trades. Rain, freeze and cure times can move a schedule, and we will always choose a right result over a rushed date. You get honest updates, not silence.
Where a project requires permits or engineering, that process is part of the project and we manage it. Utility marking is completed before excavation, every time.
We protect lawns and beds where machines must travel, keep the site ordered day to day, and leave the yard clean at the end, walked with you, not just declared done.
Payment schedules are set out in the written scope before work begins and tie to project milestones. Changes mid project are priced and agreed before the work continues.
We may photograph finished work for our gallery. Photos show the project, never your address or anything that identifies you. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't; that's always fine.
